Before purchasing a property it is essential to establish what can and cannot be done according to the planning regulations, environmental constraints and the client’s budget. We offer a pre-purchase analysis service on this basis to allow a potential purchaser to be fully informed before making their decision. Once our outline project has been developed we provide our clients with an overall estimate to ensure the project is within their budget, before proceeding onto the detailed design phase.
